Hollingworth Lake is a scenic reservoir in Littleborough. It has a mini seaside feel, with a small number
of entertainments usually found on English seaside resorts. The lake is used for watersports and there
are watersports facilities on the side of the lake at the
Hollingworth lake Activity Centre .
The Hollingworth Lake Activity Centre has courses on Windsurfing,
Kayaking, Canoeing, Powerboating, Mountain Biking, Climbing, Kids Clubs, Splashout Holiday Activities,
Education, Youth Groups and Charities, Instructor Training and Team Building.

There is parking, and picnic spots next to the lake.
There is a large number of geese and
ducks on the lake. There is a 2 mile walk around the lake.
